Al Wisam International School was founded in September 2004. The school is an independent school for boys and girls from the ages 2 to 18 (Pre-Nursery to A-Level). Our educational plan follows the guidelines set out by the National Curriculum of the UK Government. It is designed to give each child a broad and diverse education. The faculty members are mainly from Bahrain, Arab nationals, British and from other native English-speaking countries.
At Al Wisam School every pupil is valued as an individual. It is a safe, secure and positive environment which values each pupil's development and progression.
The school focuses equally on both English and Arabic Languages and teach the curriculum in the cultural context of Bahrain, thus ensuring a blend of East and West.
We are affiliated with University of Cambridge International Examinations for its IGCSE (G9-10) and AS/A Level (G11/12) programs. Our high school diploma is also recognized by Ministry of Education and we got equivalence certificate from Ministry of Education Bahrain quite recently. Our students are widely accepted in universities all over the world.
